Justin Sloat, Owner
Justin Sloat is the owner of JSM Construction Company, bringing decades of hands-on experience, technical expertise, and a relationship-driven approach to every different aspect of construction. Originally from Memphis, Justin began working in the construction industry at the age of 16, building a foundation of real-world experience that continues to shape his work today.
Justin holds a degree in Architectural Technology and has worked across multiple facets of the construction industry. Early in his career, he served as an architectural drafter for a steel company, where he helped design bridges throughout the United States. This background gave him a deep understanding of structural systems, precision, and the importance of planning, skills that translate directly into well-executed construction projects.
Known for his attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to solve complex challenges, Justin values trust, transparency, and delivering quality work without compromise. He takes pride in building strong relationships with every client and believes superior communication is just as important as craftsmanship. Justin is deeply committed to seeing each client’s vision come to life while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with care.
Justin has lived in Nashville for the last 10 years, with his wife Molly, his biggest supporter, and their fur babies, Prescot and Dallas.
